Everybody knows you can get fined for not picking up dog poo in the UK, you can even get fined for not carrying dog poo bags in some counties however if all else fails hopefully this lady will come to the UK and help us sort this mess out!

As a dog owner it really annoys us when people don’t pick it up, or worse pick it up and then throw the plastic bag in the hedge etc!

This woman’s ‘mistake’ probably cost her a good £25 after she got her car valeted, she should have just picked it up!

This reminds us of this lady who throws people’s own rubbish back at them.
