Many people (including us) have suggested that learning how to code will give you a great stepping stone for the future, here are a few sites to try/bookmark:
 
► Treehouse
Superb user experience although it is a paid product but free trial is available – from the very basics to more advanced than Codeacademy.
 
► Codeacademy
Completely free, starts at the very basics and is the most popular service but the catalogue of content & variety doesn’t compete with Treehouse.
► Udacity
Not for everyone but a large wealth of opportunity with this one, try this after Codeacadmy & Treehouse
 
► CodeSchool
Completed Treehouse, Codeacademy & Udacity? Then try CodeSchool
 
► Code Avengers
Another site to try, with more focus on repetition within the projects you will leave with some great programming habits
