McDonalds rolls out rewards scheme nationwide (from tomorrow)

Back in January, we announced that Mcdonald’s was trialling a new rewards scheme in 10 stores in the UK after successful launches in other global markets in 2021, now on July 20th 2022 this is being rolled out across the UK!

The new loyalty program awards points when you spend via their app, points can be redeemed for free food items or charity donations.

Customers will receive 100 points for every £1 spent, customers can begin to earn points on all orders by downloading the MyMcDonald’s App and opting into MyMcDonald’s Rewards when near a restaurant that is operating the scheme.

What can I get for my points?

1,500 points
Small fries, regular coffee, Mini McFlurry, side salad, hash brown or £1.50 to charity

2,500 points
A Double Cheeseburger, Vegetable Deluxe, Bacon Mayo chicken, Cheesy Bacon Flatbread or medium fries or £2.50 to charity

4,000 points
Six McNuggets, a Big Mac, McChicken Sandwich, Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin, Premium Salad or £4 to charity
