This technique basically comprises of collecting a load of waste paper, leaves, grass clippings etc. Soaking them in water (ideally free rain water) and them pulping them into a paste and creating paper logs.
They will burn for hours once you’ve got a fire starting and are an ideal way of saving money on buying logs.
Ways to improve this technique:
- Use collected rainwater
- Get a bulk load of it created in the summer months for burning in the winter
- Use a better technique to collect the unused water
The final outcome:
A rather solid log that will burn for a fairly long time.
