The only thing you should do is ensure you really press hard when you apply them and let them set for a bit before hanging any weight on them (we leave them overnight but that's probably overkill unless your walls are textured). Once stuck the waterproof 3M adhesive pad is good for 8KG of weight and although we've not tried to remove them, supposedly it's easy with a bit of tooth floss.

Because we're massive torch geeks that love the outdoors, we've been buying LED Lenser torches for years, in fact, our first was purchased in 2010, and we still use it today, we highly recommend them, they're strong, bright and full of features, yes you can get cheaper torches out there but overall these are superior even more so when you factor in fit and finish and warranty, here are the others we would suggest you consider:
