Dashcam: £50-£300. Claiming £600 from careless drivers: satisfying. Not having to argue in a car park: priceless.

➡️ See our recommended dash cams and other items on https://amzn.to/4bUj0cP (aff ad)

p.s. this is a good warning to careless drivers, it's very simple for people to claim against you/your insurance if you do this sort of thing in 2025, be careful and avoid an increase in insurance!

Any gamers dare to do this? Open your Steam
Go to Help > Steam support > My account > Data related to your Steam account > External funds used. Post a screenshot here showing your total spend to date 😳

P.s. you can also do similar on Amazon but we highly recommend people don’t do that 😂

Crazy people are buying these for £36! We checked out the viral £12.99 Kinder Surprise Eggs from Home Bargains, to see if it's good value or not. In short, it's not, here's the price comparison breakdown:

Bueno White 4-pack – £1.75 (Poundland)
Kinder Mini Eggs – £1.35 x2 = £2.70 (Ocado)
Kinder Surprise – £2.25 (Ocado)
Two Kinder Bunny Figures – £1.20 x2 = £2.40 (Tesco Clubcard price)
Kinder Bueno (3-pack) – £1.69 (Savers)
Kinder Hippo Biscuits (5-pack) – £1.45

That adds up to £12.24, so 75p more expensive for the massive novelty egg, not bad for the novelty but not great.

However, we heard others in store planning to sell these for a profit elsewhere, eBay sold listings shows one seller sold 29 of these @ £29.83 + £6 delivery!

[Reposting as it's been a while since we mentioned this]

Companies need people (like you) to test their new products and services to tell them what people (like you) actually want or dislike before they spend millions promoting them. So they go to websites like https://10ws.co/3BgO4D4 #ad and run interviews with registered people (like you) to get an idea of what works, what doesn't work, and how they can improve products before they fully launch. Best of all, for you and me, they pay money!

Now, these payment figures they show may sound exciting (some are insane), but the reality is that the amount you will be offered will drastically depend on your circumstances, expertise, and various other factors plus there is a good chance you don't get picked.

Yes payments are in $ US Dollars but they accept people globally and you can easily cash out into £/Giftcards that you can use in the UK. The average you will earn is £30 / hour (however, the big caveat here is that it can be very difficult to get picked for some of the high-paying interviews and others will be say £10 for 10 minutes of work which if you could do for 9 hours a day would be incredible but in reality, you will get a couple of those a month max).

The interviews vary from online 10 minute surveys to in-person studies (although those are unlikely), the most common is an online interview with your webcam switched on so they can talk face to face with you virtually whilst they show you something.

For instance, if you manage a team of Software Developers and you have a computer with a webcam, you'll get invites to far more high-paying interviews than a manual labourer with no expertise in websites and no webcam on their computer. But to be clear, it's not just websites they want help with, so don't let that put you off from signing up and applying, as you might have other skills/experience they're desperate for and willing to pay good money for your help with.

Like many of these sorts of things, it's hard to make a consistent income from this, but if you have spare time and you're flexible, it can help pay the bills.
The other caveat is that depending on your career, you need to be careful that you're not accidentally breaking your work contract by doing work for other organisations.

So, depending on your job, you might want to double-check your contract or think twice here.
