- Quick Cash
- August 4, 2016
If you’re the type of person who spends all day, every day staring at their phone, we’ve got news for you. Rather than wasting the hours away on silly games and social media apps, you could be making some cold hard cash instead. Don’t believe us? Well, check out these incredible tasking apps right here, right now.
You may not realise it, but your opinion is of real value to researchers out there. So much so that you can easily be rewarded for saying what you think via an app. That’s where FieldAgent comes into play. It is now available for both Android and iOS users, which means that anyone with a smartphone can instantly become an ‘agent’ and start making themselves a little extra cash on the side. What could possibly be better than that?
Once you’ve downloaded the app, all you need to do before you get started is create a profile. That means answering some questions about who you are, where you are, and what you like. The more answers you give, the more likely you are to be offered jobs on the app. Each job will pay between £2 and £10 on completion and include things like price-checking items in shops and giving your opinion on products. Easy.
Perhaps the fastest way to get paid for your opinion is the VoxPopMe app. With the help of this handy one, you can quickly post a video about a product and get rewarded for doing so. Again, you will need to download the app to either your iOS or Android device and sign in using Facebook (or by creating a brand new profile on the app itself).
After that, you will be able to see a live stream of questions on the app itself, most of which come from leading brands who just want to know what you think. Simply click on one of them and record your opinion. Videos can be as short and simple as just one minute in length. Nice. In doing so, you can make money and get paid via PayPal.
“Do tasks + Get Paid = Do what you love” That’s what the slogan on the StreetBees website reads. This app is pretty easy to signup and start using right away. Once you’ve downloaded it, a message appears asking you to submit your phone number so that it can verify your device. That takes a few seconds to complete. Then, you can start looking for surveys that suit you. Your dashboard shows which are available and how much you could get paid for them. For example, you may find that there is one about finances, which pays £2 and takes a few minutes to complete. This is a typical example. You can retrieve your earnings via PayPal again.
Swagbucks is not merely about giving people your opinions. Instead, there’s a whole range of ways in which you can make some cash using this app. For example, you can watch sponsored content, shop online, or search for deals. Rather than using the browser on your phone, you just need to make sure that you do all of these things within the app. That way, it can record what you do and how you do it.
You basically get to earn points for the things that you do online. The more points you get the more cash or rewards you can get in the long-run. Often enough, that means that you will get a gift card or some money back via PayPal. The choice is yours since you get to decide how you want to redeem your points. So, if you want to earn a little bit back, this could be the answer.
Much like the other apps listed here, BeMyEye pays you for small and simple tasks. When you’ve downloaded this one, you can start looking for ‘missions’ in your area. For example, you may need to head to a shop and take a cheeky little photo of a product on display there. You can take a look at the map to see which missions are nearest to you which means that you won’t end up wasting too much time on travel either.
What’s more, the more you use the app yourself, the more you will be given jobs. BeMyEye promises that its most trusted users will get the most missions available to them at any given time. That means that you can end up earning more and more depending on how loyal you are to the app itself. Go ahead — give it a go.
Becoming a so-called ‘ClicWalker’ (not the catchiest of names!) means that you can get paid for small and simple chores. For example, you may need to take a video of the coffee machine you use or take a few pictures in your area. These jobs are, frankly, few and far between. However, it may be worth having the app on your device so that you can check it while you’re out and about. If a job comes up, all you have to do is accept it, complete it within the specified time period, and earn some extra cash along the way. Bonus.

FindYr wants you to head out there and collect as much data as you can. Are you ready for your first mission? The app is available for both iOS and Android devices and takes seconds to download. Once you’ve got the app, you will just need to complete your profile and say where in the world you are (very important!). That way, you can see ‘requests’ (their word, not mine) in your area and take them as and when you’re free.
Obviously, different requests have different rewards so it really will pay to keep your eyes open for ones that are the highest earners. What’s more, unlike the other apps we’ve looked at here, this one has an in-app training service which should help you with any issues you happen to have along the way. Oh, and there are also little ‘contests’ that you can enter among the community too.
Spoiler: You’re not going to become an overnight millionaire using this app. Sorry, guys. Still, as the name suggests, it can help you make a little cash whenever you have some spare time. So, instead of scrolling aimlessly through the Facebook app while you’re at the bus stop, you could be making money on the side. Sounds good, right?
The app uses everything from surveys to checking pictures are right to help you make money. Plus, you can accept any task you want so long as it comes up for you. There’s one catch — you get paid in dollars rather than pounds. Luckily, though, when you transfer your funds to PayPal, the conversion will be done automatically. Phew.
Task360 pays you to collect data while you’re on the go. Again, there’s a whole range of tasks that you can do once you start using this app from being a mystery shopper to finding out where certain things are, such as adverts and the like. All you need to do is download the iOS only (sorry, Android users!) app and create a profile.
Much like the other apps we’ve already seen here, you will see a map with different tasks available near you. It’s worth checking the app when you’re out just to see whether there is a quick and easy way that you could make some cash nearby. Each job should take you no more than a few minutes to complete. Although, on the other hand, it’s likely not worth traveling out of your way for tasks. When you have earned £10 or more, you can request a payment and have the funds delivered right to your bank.
It’s worth trying to join the Roamler app. There are only a limited number of places on this one, and so don’t be surprised if there’s no space in your area. Still, if you do manage to sign up, you will find that it’s a very simple way to start making a little extra cash on the side when you have some spare time.
There are three categories of tasks here — retail, deliveries, and installations. Typically, retail tasks include having to check products in certain shops, looking for promotions, or seeing how available certain items are. Delivery tasks involve picking up things, like groceries, and delivering them to people. Finally, installation tasks will mean that you help people set up electrical devices (which you can get training for!). You will need to ‘qualify’ for tasks on the app by undertaking some training before you can start.
