Things I've learnt from watching too many videos on the internet over my lifetime (several money/time-related ones included, add yours in the comments):

- Never hold a firework in your hand EVER, it will cost you a lot of time and money.

- If you ever rent a boat / jet ski drive it slowly if there are waves / you're coming into dock, plus boat rental places will attempt to scam you so always video before you go to check for damage.

- If you rent a canoe/kayak etc, if you're going to get off next to a pier/dock you will fall in and probably damage it / embarrass yourself

- If you're standing still near a road, keep an eye out constantly, especially at a big crossroads

- Don't pretend to sit on a museum artefact that's shaped like a chair, they will come looking for you when you break it

- One of the horse guards in London will bite you if you stand too close + many tourists are idiots

- Road rage is real, try your hardest to avoid confrontation with these people, they're often clueless, go another route, speed up/slow down to avoid them, it's not worth it.

- Alcohol makes people do stupid things, especially when abroad, it can cost you a lot.

- If someone asks you to carry something for them through customs, don’t. Always know what’s in your luggage

- Some people spend money on some crazy things without actually focusing on the basics of living their life.

- Kids are chaotic, don't trust them with your car keys, TV or the buttons inside a lift, in fact, don't trust them with most things.

- Never try to 'breath fire' like a dragon or do the hand on fire 'trick'

- Never stage dive

- Cliffs, Waterfalls, Volcanoes and Balconies are dangerous places to hang out next to

- Never dive into a pool wearing a Morph Suit

- The hottest curry in the UK isn't that tasty

- If you grab onto a bridge whilst on a boat you will hurt yourself or others

- Rope swings are all fun and games until they split, catch your ankle or your upper body strength fails

- Remember many people have dash cams these days and not only can you go viral if you do something stupid, the Police will look at it.

- Karma is a real thing

- Some people at Petrol Stations are dangerous, have your eyes looking around for any concerns and be ready to drive your car away quickly.

- Adding things to fizzy drink bottles is all fun and games until it goes wrong

- Animals bite

- Never punch glass windows

- There is a reason why water parks have water in them, if you find an abandoned one never be tempted

- When driving always look both ways when pulling out on to a main road

- If you see a train crossing expect to see a train

- It's probably a good idea to learn basic self-defence

- TVs not attached to the wall will fall and crush someone at some point

- Never use a massive slingshot

- Never do a wheelie, but always film someone else doing one.

- If you see a load of cars doing burnouts, don't stand in the middle of them or on the edge but do try and film regardless as something will go wrong and you might have a viral video you can monetise.

- Police forces act very differently depending on the country you're in, knowing the local laws when travelling is a good idea

- Don't attempt to hurt animals (not sure who needs reminding of this) as not only do they fight back.

- People will steal your packages from your doorstep.

- Dogs will bite.

- Rivers are dangerous

- If you work in a restaurant just carry two plates at once, anything else is risking it

- Always have someone hold the bottom of the ladder and make it very clear to them their job and that they cannot go on their phone.

- Electricity is far more dangerous than you think, especially outside of the UK

- If stopped by the Police, be careful what you do and say, things can escalate quickly

- If you see someone acting weirdly by a supermarket they're either a criminal or a YouTuber who is about to gift you loads of free money

- The decision on who you decide to marry / have children with is very very important, don't rush into it.

- Learn how to properly jack a car before attempting to jack a car.

- Don't visit many places in the USA

- When driving in convoy remember you must be able to stop quickly if the car in front decides to stop quickly.

- Car handbrakes do fail, if parking on a hill park so your wheels would hit the kerb if the hand brake does fail.

- If you're going to fix anything to a wall, understand exactly what you're doing and which mounts are actually going to hold the thing up.

- Glass shatters everywhere, especially in a car, bathroom or garden.

- Never drive with paint in your car

- If you see a monkey at a tourist location it will steal your things and bite you

- Elephants, Horses, Camels at tourist locations are not only a scam but also they're normally treated awfully

- People are legally allowed to film you in public and fly small drones around you / your business etc

- People will shove a camera in your face in public sometimes and there is little you can do, just walk away quietly, they're craving a reaction from you and hoping you assault them etc.

- If you spend hours making something (e.g. sand art / sculpture) etc, someone will damage it.

- If you're driving a forklift truck, don't attempt to move too much at once and make sure you avoid backing into anything

- Drum kits for your nieces and nephews are amazing presents

- At concerts people will watch their phones filming the act instead of just watching directly with their eyes.

- When going on a theme park / fair ground ride it's OK to double check the buckles

- Dogs should be on leads unless they have perfect recall, especially near horses or if the dog is small

- Don't park your car near a golf course

- Meeting your favourite celebrity can often go two ways

- Make sure the engagement ring is refundable before buying

- Read the comments before trying a viral trick/recipe etc

- Ring doorbells see everything

- Kids will expose you

- Dogs will eat basically anything, even if it's poisonous

- If someone is threatening you, filming them will cause two reactions, they leave or it escalates.

- Don't run if there is glass panels / doors etc nearby

- Shelves in supermarkets can fail when stood on or when overloaded (especially with wine bottles).

- Don't park your car near the sea / on the beach and then leave it

- Careful when playing computer games you don't accidentally butt dial the Police

- Do not touch the kings guard

- If you go to a baseball game and sit near the front don't attempt to catch the ball, you will be told to leave without a refund.

- If you buy a pinata, be very careful letting children or old people hit it

- If you ever attempt to kick something into a bin from any distance, make sure you're being recorded on CCTV

- Don't propose at Disney

- If you ever drop your phone in the deep ocean and there is obviously not chance of diving into get it, film just in case a beluga whale rescues it

- If you breakdown on the side of the road, expect people to shout "You cannot park there mate", they're not being mean, it's a joke.

- I should have kept my Pokémon cards from middle school

- If someone approaches you in the street with a camera and microphone they are either going to give you money or ask you a question that makes you look silly when you don’t know the answer, then because it's in public will upload it to the internet without your permission.

- Don't hit most things with baseball bats / hammers etc

- Not all Police are nice

- Be really careful if you attend a protest

- If you pass anything to someone whilst they're on the phone they will take it
