Asda Turns 60: Find a Golden Ticket and Win Free Fuel for a Year (£1,500!)

To celebrate its 60th birthday, Asda is hiding Willy Wonka-style golden tickets in stores across the UK — and if you find one, you’ll win £1,500 of free fuel. Here’s everything you need to know to get involved.

🚗 What’s the prize?

Each golden ticket gets you an Allstar fuel card pre-loaded with £1,500, which you can use at Asda petrol stations (excluding Asda Express sites). That’s enough to cover your school runs, weekly shopping trips, or even a cheeky UK road trip or two.

🔍 How to take part

No forms, no barcodes — this is a good old-fashioned treasure hunt.

Between 18 July and 25 August 2025, 40 golden tickets will be hidden on shelves in 321 participating Asda stores across the UK. They could be behind a box of cereal, beside a tin of beans, or tucked near the shampoo. There’s no purchase necessary, so just shop as usual and keep your eyes peeled.

1. Speak to the store manager or
2. Use the contact info on the ticket to reach the promo team before 30 September 2025
