The festive season just isn’t complete without the sight of the iconic Coca-Cola Christmas Truck, and we’ve got some exciting news – it’s back! This beloved holiday staple is set to tour towns and cities across the UK, bringing joy, entertainment, and a touch of Christmas magic.
What’s New for 2024?
This year’s tour promises even more festive fun while also making a meaningful impact. Coca-Cola has teamed up with FareShare, the UK’s largest charity fighting hunger and food waste, to turn visits into valuable support for those in need. For each visitor who attends the tour, Coca-Cola will donate the equivalent of a meal, with the ambitious target of contributing up to one million meals during this holiday season.
Who Is FareShare?
FareShare is dedicated to redistributing surplus food that would otherwise go to waste. Their reach spans over 8,000 charities and community groups across the UK, including shelters, community centres, and schools. This partnership with Coca-Cola ensures that holiday cheer doesn’t just stay at the tour stops but extends to homes and communities that need it most.
What to Expect
Get ready for an unforgettable experience beneath twinkling lights, with seasonal music filling the air. Visitors can:
- Enjoy holiday-themed games and activities.
- Participate in a lucky dip for exclusive Coca-Cola merchandise.
- Treat themselves to seasonal snacks from a food truck and a chilled Coca-Cola Zero Sugar.
- Snap the perfect holiday photo with the legendary red truck.

Although the full list of stops and dates hasn’t been confirmed yet, past years have included visits to major cities such as Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, and Cardiff. Stay tuned for updates on Coca-Cola’s website and social media as the detailed route is expected to be revealed in the coming weeks, with the tour kicking off in late November and running through mid-December.

Kirsty Ford, Head of Fundraising at FareShare said: “We are so grateful to Coca‑Cola for their continued support for FareShare. These invaluable donations help us get good-to-eat food to the people who need it rather than going to waste. Every day, the food we redistribute to a network of over 8,000 charities in every region helps to strengthen communities. Coca‑Cola’s generous support for FareShare is instrumental in helping people affected by the cost-of-living crisis. This support means charities can unite more people through food to form connections and access essential support services. Thank you for helping FareShare make the food go further.”
