Irn Bru to launch 2 new flavours after public vote – Do you think they made the right decision?

After a public voting battle of 4 potential flavours, Irn Bru have confirmed the two winning flavours that they will launch this summer.

Tropical came top in an online poll with 5,300 votes, followed by ice cream with 4,000, candy floss scoring 2,400 votes and marshmallow 1,000.

Is it wrong that we quite like the idea of mixing these with the new Aldi Gins?

Adrian Troy, AG Barr marketing director, said:

“The battle was fierce but our fans have spoken with tropical and ice cream chosen as our limited edition summer flavours.

“We’re always looking to give our fans something extra and we can’t wait for these two new phenomenal flavours to hit shop shelves.”
