10 Products Worth Their RRP

We often focus on great deals, but sometimes we should focus on products that are worth their RRP, here is a top 10 list of products we’ve tested, now own (purchased ourselves) and continue to use, they’re all built to last a lifetime in our experience (excluding the batteries), several of them also make superb gifts! (Contains aff ads that help us pay for our work/buying these and others to test).

  1. Phone Wall Mount – We have these in the shower/bathroom mirrors
We were shocked at how useful these are. Requires MagSafe.
  2. Phone Battery with Stand – Our current go-to battery for overnight trips for 2 people etc.
  3. Robot Vacuum & Mop – A must in any household in our opinion.
  4. YETI Lunchbag – Expensive but it’s built to last a lifetime, you’re paying a premium for the brand though.
  5. Universal Wall Plugs – Never use anything else.
  6. These Apple Airtags and https://amzn.to/4fzNNMS
It’s amazing how many uses they have and are a great option to give a **** you to thieves.
  7. These Screen Protectors (and their superb fitting device)
  8. These cabin bags (ideal for Ryanair etc)
  9. Yeti HotShot Drink Flask
  10. Foldable Laundry Basket
  11. and one extra for luck! WiFi Power Strip

Important things to remember with everything we post:

  • If you earn over your personal allowance (currently £12,570 a year) HMRC need to get their % cut (even if the money is in cash or from another country)
  • If you’re working for yourself / earning an income on the side you need to let HMRC know – There are numerous benefits but also some drawbacks
  • You need to always ensure whatever you’re doing is legal and not hurting anyone else – be careful and always think twice
  • Some income streams may require you to have DBS check, licence, insurance or qualifications before you can start to profit from it, do your research.
  • Be careful that any additional income doesn’t compromise your studies or main income/job
  • If you work for a company check your contract, if you don’t inform them you’re working on other side projects outside of work they may have grounds to ownership on this work
