How to enter Omaze Competitions for FREE

Many people probably don’t know you can actually enter to win any of the Omaze Competitions (e.g. house worth £2.5 million + £250k) for FREE!

Here is how do I do it:

  • On a blank sheet of paper, or postcard, write or type your full, legal name, address (no post office box addresses accepted), city, post code, telephone number (optional), email address and which live Prize Draw you want to enter (e.g. Omaze Million Pound House Draw Yorkshire II House) you then send it to:

Omaze Scrutineers – Yorkshire II House (or whatever the competition is called that month)
    Civica Election Services
    33 Clarendon Road
    London
    N8 0NW

  • Fix the postcard/envelope with either a 2nd or 1st class stamp, postal entries have an equal chance of winning as any one paid entry so not a bad option, especially if you can find a way to send free post…

You can also pay for entries as well, but an important thing to understand is that they should give you a discount after adding the first quantity of tickets to your basket, so to save a bit, add a lower value one and then upgrade in the basket!

This might change from time to time so keep an eye on the competition itself to actually confirm the free entry method is still valid and/or what title to use.

Be a financial rockstar and share this with your friends, family and co-workers to maximise savings:

Important things to remember with everything we post:

  • If you earn over your personal allowance (currently £12,570 a year) HMRC need to get their % cut (even if the money is in cash or from another country)
  • If you’re working for yourself / earning an income on the side you need to let HMRC know – There are numerous benefits but also some drawbacks
  • You need to always ensure whatever you’re doing is legal and not hurting anyone else – be careful and always think twice
  • Some income streams may require you to have DBS check, licence, insurance or qualifications before you can start to profit from it, do your research.
  • Be careful that any additional income doesn’t compromise your studies or main income/job
  • If you work for a company check your contract, if you don’t inform them you’re working on other side projects outside of work they may have grounds to ownership on this work
