Use that time better, think about using voice recorders to create paragraphs for uni work or notes for a presentation to your colleagues that you can replay back to yourself, as long as it’s hand free!
You can also use software to generate spoken words from your written words (then record them for later playback on your phone, car stereo etc).
To record these use your computers built in recorders to record ‘system audio’ or use software like Audacity (PC & Mac)
For Mac you will also need to install Soundflower (Mac) alongside Audacity on PC just follow these instructions.
