Often in large supermarkets you can find items at lower prices or in larger sizes by checking the world food sections. A great example of this is tinned chickpeas. 55p for asda’s own brand or four for £1 in the world food section. It’s a bit crafty that they hide the cheaper items in that aisle away from all the other stuff.
I’ve found cheaper (or bigger jars) for things like coconut milk, jalapeños, capers, gherkins, oils… A whole range of things. It takes a bit of a hunt to track them down but it saves you money in the long run!”

Remember going cheaper doesn’t mean it’s better, there is often a difference in the premium Vs cheaper products but we’re not sure if it’s worth the massive price difference, but if you can get Blue Dragon for £1 or less then it’s worth it
